    Our 12-month warranty is designed to make scooter ownership easy and worry-free.

    All of the TEEWING scooters are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

  • Where can I purchase spare parts?

    We supply all the spare parts and accessories for our TEEWING scooters. To purchase them for your TEEWING scooter, please visit our Accessories Page.

  • How do I return my scooter?

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 15 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request.

    Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Height and weight capacity of electric scooters for adults?

    Several of our electric scooters for adults support high weight capacities. Models like the X5 and Z4 Pro support riders up to 440 lbs (200 kg), offering powerful performance, stability and comfort for heavier riders.

  • Which electric scooter has an adult seat?

    The Z4 Pro and Q7 Pro are excellent choices. Both feature comfortable seating, long-range performance and powerful motors, making them ideal for commuting and extended rides.
