Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains where we dispatch from, which carriers we use, how long orders take to arrive, what shipping costs, and how tax and duties are handled. It applies to all orders placed on teewing.com for delivery within the United States.
1. Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our facility in Hong Kong SAR and shipped directly to our customers in the United States. We are a company registered in Hong Kong SAR, and we do not operate warehouses in the United States.
2. Where we deliver
We ship to the entire United States. This includes all 50 states, Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories we are able to serve. Wherever you are in the United States, we will deliver to you.
We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact us at support@teewing.com before ordering and we will confirm.
3. Carriers we use
All orders are shipped by international express courier. We use UPS, FedEx and TNT as our carriers.
- The carrier for your order is selected by us based on your destination and service availability. We are not able to accept carrier requests at checkout.
- The carrier actually used for your shipment is shown in your shipment confirmation email and in the tracking link we send you.
- All shipments are fully tracked door-to-door from our facility in Hong Kong SAR to your delivery address in the United States.
4. Order processing time
Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it to the carrier.
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT / UTC+8), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time (1 business day + 3–5 business days = 4–6 business days). All periods are counted in business days, which exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Business days are counted from the day after your order is placed.
Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. Occasional delays can occur during customs clearance, peak periods or extreme weather, and delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Remote destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may occasionally take slightly longer.
6. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders throughout the United States. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote or oversized items.
7. Order tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
- A tracking number from the carrier (UPS, FedEx or TNT) is included in that email.
- Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
- If you cannot track your parcel normally, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. Taxes, duties and import charges
Prices shown on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
We ship on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis. Any import duties and customs clearance fees that apply to your order are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay.
9. Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
- Delays: international express shipping can occasionally be delayed by customs clearance or carrier backlogs. If your order is delayed, email support@teewing.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a carrier claim. Where the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will reship the order or refund it in full.
- Damaged on arrival: report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product, and keep all original packaging. We will arrange a replacement part or unit under our Refund Policy or Warranty Policy as applicable.
10. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled and our Refund Policy applies.
To cancel an unshipped order, email support@teewing.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
11. Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it is in transit. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
