If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 15 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request.

Can I exchange my scooter?
Yes, exchanges are allowed if the scooter is unused (brand new condition) and the request is made within 15 days of the delivery date. To start the process, contact our support team at support@teewing.com.
Important Notes:
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping fees for exchanges.
Final Sale Items: Spare parts and Teewing-branded merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Accessories/Upgrades: Unused, uninstalled accessories or upgrades (e.g., lights, phone mounts) may be returned or exchanged. If an item has been installed or used, it becomes ineligible, and you will cover return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. -
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the product. Electric scooters typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. However, some spare parts and accessories may take around 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
